Important Notes:

• Your have to complete the whole registration process within 30 minutes. The time slot you hold will be automatically released after 30 minutes if you cannot submit your application.
  申请人须于三十分钟内填妥并递交申请表格。三十分钟后，申请表格将不能递交。

• Places are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
  考试名额先到先得。

• You are advised to provide all the required items on the registration form as Smart Education Co. Ltd. may not be able to formally process your application.
  申请人应提供报名表格上要求之所有数据，否则聪颖教育有限公司可能无法正式处理阁下之申请。

• Smart Education Co. Ltd. will acknowledge receipt of application through e-mail within 2 hours after your successful submission. You must enter your e-mail address correctly on the on-line application. Subsequent change of e-mail address through the system is not allowed.
  聪颖教育有限公司会在你递交申请表格后2小时内以电邮确认你的递交数据已获受理。你必须于网上申请书内填写正确的电邮地址。往后不能作网上更改电邮地址。

• If you have not received any acknowledgement within 2 hours after you have submitted your application on-line, please contact Smart Education Co. Ltd. immediately.
  如你未有在递交申请表格后2小时内接获确认申请通知，请你从速与聪颖教育有限公司联络。

• 一经报名交费后，不能取消、更改或退款。

Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
个人资料(私隐)条例

• Personal Data provided as part of the registration process will be used SOLELY for the purpose of the TOEIC test. The data will be handled by the Smart Education Co. Ltd. and Educational Testing Service (ETS).
  报名时提供之个人资料只作应考托业考试之用途。此等数据只由聪颖教育有限公司和Educational Testing Service (ETS) 处理。

• Under the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access and the correction of your personal data. Anyone wishing to access or make corrections to either data should submit a written request to do so to Smart Education Co. Ltd.
  根据个人资料(私隐)条例之规定，阁下有权要求查阅及更正阁下之个人资料。任何人士如欲查阅或更正个人资料均须书面向聪颖教育有限公司提出请求。
